The Quiet Resolution (TQR) Black Empowerment

The Quiet Resolution (TQR) is an action plan that seeks to empower Black Afrikan Americans economically, medically, security, politically, legally, educationally and socially. It seeks one Million Conscious Black Afrikans who understand the condition of their people and want to support a serious effort to empower our people. TQR support is voluntary and all proceeds will be used for the specific purpose of empowering Black Afrikan People in America and Afrika. Respect!
